If there is a need for you to return faulty, defect or wrong item(s), you will have 2 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. If more than 2 days have passed since you received it, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Cash refund is strictly not available (unless item(s) ordered are not available in stock due to miscalculation of the stock).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns due to:
- a slight variant in colour
- ordered the wrong item
- “I changed my mind”
- “the size does not suit me”
will NOT be accepted, as we have provided the disclaimer and sizing chart in the product section before checkout.
All cost(s) for delivery or drop off of the item(s) are to be borne by the customer, and we are not liable until item reaches to us safely.
